Donna Rogler, Department of Natural Resources’ Project Learning Tree Coordinator and Forestry Education Specialist, explained Project Learning Tree and its importance in a recent interview. Hired over 20 years ago, Rogler has played a significant role in Project Learning Tree and its development. With a dual Master’s Degree in Forestry and Education, Rogler realized early on that her field was not good with educating others and sought to change that. Project Learning Tree does just that.
